Claims Advocate
We are seeking a highly-organized Claims Advocate to guide our clients through the claims process. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of insurance policies and procedures, with a focus on Workers Compensation and General Liability. Your goal is to ensure a smooth and efficient claims experience, offering exceptional support that builds client confidence and loyalty.
Responsibilities
* Advise clients on the claims filing process, including timelines and documentation requirements.
* Liaise between clients and insurance carriers, ensuring prompt communication and resolution.
* Review and analyze claim information to verify coverage and identify potential issues.
* Advocate for clients' interests during the claim settlement process.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of claim progress and client interactions.
* Collaborate with claim adjusters, attorneys, and other professionals as needed.
* Prepare regular claim status reports for clients and management.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Claims Advocate or Claims Specialist.
* Strong knowledge of Workers Compensation and General Liability insurance policies.
* Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex insurance contracts and coverage.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to explain complex insurance concepts to clients in a clear and concise way.
* Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
