Location: Greater Syracuse NY Area - open to candidates located in the Syracuse NY area or possible hybrid but must live within one hour to the Syracuse office location.

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Account Executive to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to help shape the division and grow its revenue with minimal oversight. You will be responsible for managing a book of our VIP clients. lf you are looking for autonomy, flexibility, the opportunity to make a significant impact as well as the opportunity to advance based on your effort, this position is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Service & Sales: Handle incoming passive leads, offering top tier service to medium, commercial clients while identifying cross-sell opportunities
Growth-Oriented: Work in an entrepreneurial environment with minimal micromanagement, while receiving support from senior leadership when needed.
Sales & Renewals: Sales of new, incoming call leads as well as all aspects of commercial renewal policies and procedures.
Collaboration: Work closely with the division manager to align your individual goals with the broader company strategy.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commercial Account Executive (independent agency experience preferred, but direct writers will be considered).
Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight and the ability to make strategic decisions
ln office preferred but hybrid (within one hour of the office) can be discussed.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary range $ 70,000 - $ 90,000 in addition to commission on new sales
