We are looking for a High-Net Worth Producer to join our team.
As Personal Lines High Net Worth Producer, you will prospect for business based on your local networks, connections, and communities and focus to develop client and referral opportunities in our High Net Worth – Private Client Practice area. This role is vital to our success in all our product lines – from personal, commercial, employee benefits, and other coverages. You will be the cornerstone of our superior customer service and will be charged with ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities of the Producer role include:
Previous experience of conducting sales, service, and solicitation of all forms of insurance business
Knowledge of personal lines insurance with the ability to understand a large number of products and services, and a willingness to learn ongoing
Maximizing growth and client retention through superior customer service. A consultative approach to selling and a demonstrated ability to broker effectively with clients and insurance companies.
Generating and pursuing new client opportunities
Presenting our services and solutions at prospect meetings
Bringing new business prospects to closure
Retaining clients by maintaining solid business-to-business relationship
Cross sell various products as well as developing opportunities for other business lines.
Outstanding relationship building skills. An existing network of relevant contacts will help you tremendously
You’re Great At
In the High Net Worth Producer role, you must be an independent self-starter who is able to sell and develop strong relationships. Pivotal to your success will be your ability to develop relationships with clients from the start, discovering their goals and challenges. In addition, you will need to foster strong working relationships with carriers. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced and novice professionals alike, with a range of 3-15 years of sales experience.
Other requirements of the Producer role include:
3+ years of previous sales experience
Personal Insurance sales experience highly preferred
Bachelor’s degree required
Experience selling to high net worth individuals a plus
Required to obtain the appropriate state licensing with 90 days of hire
Preference given to those with existing insurance licensure and/or industry designations
Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines
Good listening skills and ability to determine clients’ needs efficiently
