Home Infusion Pharmacy is seeking to hire a full time Paralegal Administrative Assistant.

The Paralegal Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, maintaining client files, preparing legal documents, conducting basic legal research, and handling office tasks to ensure smooth business operations.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Calendar Management

• Client File Maintenance: Organizing and updating client files with relevant documents, correspondence, and legal information. 

• Document Preparation: Drafting standard legal documents.

• Legal Research: Conducting basic legal research using online databases to gather relevant case law and statutes. 

• Communication Management: Answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing inquiries to appropriate staff members. 

• Office Administration: Maintaining office supplies, managing mail distribution, and coordinating office logistics. 

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Strong ability to use Word, Excel, Outlook, and other office software for document creation, data management, and communication. 

• Legal Terminology: Basic understanding of legal terminology and procedures. 

• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in legal documents and case files. 

• Organizational Skills: Excellent ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain a structured workflow. 

• Communication Skills: Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients, attorneys, and other legal staff. 

• Education and Experience: High school diploma required

• Paralegal certificate or associate degree in paralegal studies preferred

• Previous administrative experience in a professional setting, ideally within a law firm, is beneficial.
