Position Overview:


As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in:

  • Managing and servicing existing client accounts, including handling communications, policy adjustments, renewals, processing payments, and overseeing claims.

  • Proactively quoting and re-marketing existing policies as necessary.

  • Enhancing business growth through cross-selling initiatives within Personal Lines accounts.

  • Liaising with insurance carrier underwriters and claims adjusters to ensure seamless service delivery.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • A background of 1 – 3 years in Personal Lines within an insurance agency setting.

  • Proficiency in using the Applied Agency Management System.

  • A solid understanding of Personal Insurance Lines coverages.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Employment Details:


This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, from 8:15 AM to 4:30 PM. A hybrid work arrangement is available following the completion of the training period.

Salary:


The salary range for this position is $55,000.00 to $75,000.00 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
