Our firm is seeking a talented Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients and providing quotes, policy changes and general customer service. An ideal candidate for this position will have experience in customer service, be organized and detail oriented with a professional attitude.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Claims and Payment Assistance

  • Policy Renewals and Coverage Review, pricing and delivery

  • New Business sales & support including sourcing, quote preparation and presentation

  • Preparation of Acord and Application forms

  • Inbound and Outbound sales and service phone calls

  • Data Entry and maintenance of Applied Systems agency management system

  • Assist with departmental daily tasks

  • Experience working with MGAs and underwriters.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

  • Ability to learn new skills and accept additional responsibilities


Requires General Lines P&C License
