Personal Lines Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing
insurance agency in Lee's Summit, Missouri. The ideal candidate will manage customer renewals
and provide exceptional service while ensuring clients receive the best coverage to meet their
needs.
This role requires proficiency in AMS360 and PL Rater systems. The position is primarily in-
office or hybrid, with the potential to earn remote work based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer policy renewals and maintain high standards of service.
• Communicate with clients to assess and address their insurance needs.
• Use AMS360 and PL Rater to manage client accounts efficiently.
• Assist in tailoring insurance solutions from various carriers.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent service and follow-up.
• Collaborate with team members to contribute to the office's success.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience as a CSR in the insurance industry.
• Familiarity with AMS360 and PL Rater or similar systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
