Personal Lines CSR


Job Summary

We are a growing insurance agency and are seeking a Personal Lines CSR to work alongside a team of dedicated, talented, and enthusiastic professionals to assist in retaining clients and writing new business. The person in this role will work closely with Producers and other CSRs in delivering a best-in-class experience through managing the day-to-day service for clients’ insurance programs.

Primary Job Duties:

  • Build relationships with clients and insurance carriers

  • Conduct coverage analysis for prospects and clients

  • Coordinate efforts and introduce resources to control or mitigate risk exposures

  • Deliver exceptional and timely service

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • 1-3 years of experience managing personal accounts

  • Strong team mentality

  • Ability to grasp new concepts/automation quickly

  • Excellent and professional communication skills

  • Drive to continually increase insurance knowledge and stay up-to-date on current trends and topics in the marketplace

  • Active Property and Casualty license
