Position Overview:
We are seeking an entrepreneurial Scaffold Salesperson/Estimator to drive revenue growth and build long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will have proven scaffolding industry experience, estimating expertise, and a self-driven approach to business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities and respond to inbound project inquiries
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Develop accurate project proposals and cost estimates
Collaborate with operations, project managers, and field teams to ensure successful project execution
Travel regionally to meet clients and inspect job sites as needed
Must-Have Qualifications:
Scaffold sales and estimating experience
Ability to generate quotes and proposals for scaffolding services
Strong client management skills and business development strategies
Book of business or demonstrable ability to build a pipeline
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
Based in Central Florida or Northeast U.S.
Bilingual Spanish/English communication skills
