Position Overview:

We are seeking an entrepreneurial Scaffold Salesperson/Estimator to drive revenue growth and build long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will have proven scaffolding industry experience, estimating expertise, and a self-driven approach to business development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities and respond to inbound project inquiries

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Develop accurate project proposals and cost estimates

  • Collaborate with operations, project managers, and field teams to ensure successful project execution

  • Travel regionally to meet clients and inspect job sites as needed


Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Scaffold sales and estimating experience

  • Ability to generate quotes and proposals for scaffolding services

  • Strong client management skills and business development strategies

  • Book of business or demonstrable ability to build a pipeline


Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Based in Central Florida or Northeast U.S.

  • Bilingual Spanish/English communication skills
