Job Overview


We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Producer (Sales Representative) to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This is a Phoenix Market field-facing role responsible for wholesale sales of Stop-Loss insurance products to insurance brokers and agents, with a strong emphasis on growing business across Arizona and the western United States. The ideal candidate will have experience in Stop-Loss insurance and familiarity with the Third-Party Administrator (TPA) market. This position provides a tremendous opportunity to build a highly rewarding book of business, including recurring residual income.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, build, and manage new and existing relationships with insurance brokers and agents

  • Present and promote Stop-Loss insurance products and services with emphasis in the TPA based distribution system

  • Generate new sales and renewals in the Arizona market and other Western U.S. regions

  • Identify and target market expansion opportunities west of the Mississippi

  • Serve as a consultative expert on self-funded plans and Stop-Loss strategies

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support of broker partners

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and broker meetings as needed

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Stop-Loss insurance sales or account management

  • Strong understanding of the TPA market and self-funded insurance models

  • Must hold a valid Health and Life Insurance License

  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively

  • Must located in, willing to relocate, or able to work from Phoenix, AZ

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing broker relationships in Arizona and/or the western U.S.

  • Experience with wholesale/MGA sales models

  • Comfort working in an in-office culture with external field responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $70,000–$90,000

  • Commission Structure: Generous, with long-term potential to triple base pay within 2–3 years
