Title: Technical Coordinator

Location: This is a full-time M-F "in office" position for 3 months then hybrid

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
о Clear suspense items for commercial lines/personal lines; EDOC, Policies, and Commissions.
о Input monthly bank statements during the 1st week of the month for the prior month.
о Track, manage, and reconcile Agency Bill Policies "weekly". (via spreadsheet)
о Update spreadsheets; one-time expense, agency bill income, agency bill fees, payroll/payroll taxes, EBITDA, etc.
о Review bank deposits 2023 vs. 2024 at month end.
о Collect mail each day; immediately send follow-ups to clients for payments and deposit checks.
о Assist with onboarding new hires (Carrier logins, TAM training, paperwork, etc.)
о Answer phone calls for SIA along with other team members.
о Update monthly renewal management spreadsheet after month end to confirm payments are received or not and confirm TAM client screens are updated (client screens & billing screen).
о Update renewal management spreadsheets with renewal premiums in separate columns.
о Assist development of proposals (commercial).
о Assist development of renewal policies/auto ID cards in 3-ring binders.
о Assist with COI's, Bonds, EPAY (commercial).
о Pulling Carrier Notifications off carrier websites and forwarding documents appropriately (weekly: cancellations).
о Assist with inputting new policies from acquisitions into the TAM software.
о Manage personnel files, carrier binders, agency licensing, and agency state licensing.
о Manage producer commissions each month by the 20th of each month.
о Assist with different priority tasks and projects as necessary.
о Assist with agency acquisition due diligence.
о Back-up Commercial Client Service Rep and Commercial Marketing when requested.
о Assist with quoting Personal Lines.
о Manage Comcast portal, TAM security manager for SIA, TAM reports and activity reports.
Qualifications:
Must be able to clearly and professionally communicate verbally and in writing to customers, carriers, and internal team members.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
Very detailed, organized, computer-friendly, paperless, and process-oriented professional within the industry for a minimum of 5 years. 3 year
Motivated, organized, prioritized, and self-managed workload. Be able to take direction from management when necessary or need be.
Ability to work in a team environment (helping other team members and management accomplish goals and objectives outside of the job description when necessary to help), with a positive attitude and willingness to help others.
Maintain a professional appearance.
Currently working in TAM
Education and/or Experience:
College degree preferred.
Solid skills with Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint are a must.
A minimum of 3 years of recent experience.
P&C License
